The 2014 Lafleur has a very seductive nose with red berry fruit, black truffle shavings and touches of meat juice. With lovely delineation and focus, the Cabernet Franc component is very expressive at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied, the Merlot taking over with red berry fruit, white pepper, sage and a tang of orange rind.
