The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Bull Paddock Vineyard is a pure, clean and balanced style. It's a reined-in expression of this part of Marlborough (the fertile Dillon's Point area), offering a nice line of acidity that ties the wine together on the finish. It's lightly reductive but the characters of fresh passionfruit, elderflower and snow pea are the main event.
