The 2019 El Tamboril Tinto is exceptional, denoting the quality of the vineyard that keeps the poise and minerality (very chalky tannins) with tension and the electricity of the quartz. It makes you salivate, with a subtler palate than the nose, where you find more ripeness, the rockrose and the Mediterranean herbs. 1,234 bottles were filled in June 2021.
